Complypak Ltd was founded in 2001 by partners Adrian Jackson and Andrew Francis with a mission to provide UK businesses with hassle-free and cost-effective packaging compliance solutions.

We have been providing straightforward, low cost compliance for more than two decades; guiding our members through complex, changing legislation, and helping businesses plan and respond with minimal impact on their operations.

As an approved packaging compliance scheme with the Environment Agency and with the Northern Ireland Environment Agency, we are able to offer UK-wide compliance and advice as well as guidance on international packaging obligations.

With our extensive experience and expertise Complypak will assure full compliance with new EPR regulations as well as related areas including the Plastic Packaging Tax and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive.
